That's the cheapest way to portray hows things are here in INDIA. Its ok in a jocular sense but if its pulling the legs of the hundred thousand Indians working in BPO's, then its a SERIOUS and CHEAP trick. I won't write much about what REALLY happens down here, as it would seem, like dr_thug said, an exaggeration. We all have been associated with esato for quite some time now. We have posted some of our views and replied to others' as well. And there has been a really good communication on both the sides. And I don't think there's a soul in the forum who considers us(Indians) any lesser than the rest. We all are proud to be BORN IN INDIA and I guess, everyone does. So bottomline is : LETS NOT HURT EACH OTHER'S SENTIMENTS, BUT HEAR OUT EACH OTHER'S FEELINGS...correct me if I'am wrong. Any feedback is welcome as regards to this post.

loool that is sooo funny, i have to say that this video is true as i have noticed when i was on the phone with "3" network customer services they always used to put on a british accent. lol

Why are you taking this personal? its meant to be a joke, and on top of that its the indians them self who made this comedy.

Um I work in a callcenter and I found it halarious.

How anyone can take this seriously is amazing. For a start putting someone on a suicide hotline on hold? Come on

The only thing they didn't portray properly is how bad CUSTOMERS can be

LOL!!!! Its goddamn hillarious!!!

I've worked for a few call centers (AOL and Oracle) before, for most young indians its just like a stop gap. Like ameriacns work in McDonalds or Wait at cofee houses.They dont show that in this film. But it made me laugh so hard!!!

Anyone know any way we can save the movie to the hard drive?

I haven't seen the movie but stop making fun of us. The fact that Indians made this makes me sick...but then again they must be NRIs...oh I'm damn sure.

@debu the file will be saved as a flash video (.flv) file in your temp folder. You need a directshow flv filter to play it in mediaplayer, but i think vlc can play it fine.

lol, well they did kind of with the cable guy threatening to come and get the guy lol.

Funny thing was the other day I had to ring apple, and although they don't have any indian call centers anymore I was talkining to some french guy, and couldnt understand him either. In the end he actually transfered me to a brittish worker who sorted the problem out in a few min lol
