the battery life is real good suprisingly with the size of the screen. Things is i havent been on the phone that much, cus i have recently moved to america so everyone calls my land line now you see.

K800i is a 3G phone, and it support UMTS, you can increase the battery life by setting your Network to GSM only and not GSM/3G if you dont use UMTS always or if your operator dont have the service yet.

And turn sleep mode clock off, set brightness to 50%, turn off screensaver for better batt performance

say if i do choose gsm only, will it effect the reception quality? |

no, u ll get the same reception quality and u save the batt aswell. umts is faster at browsing and video calls do drain the batt faster
