Ordered the phone

No confirmation email

No phone when they said it would be here today

On the website it says its been sent

No money taken, so i don't know if its due to be taken or if its not, and i don't know when or whether i will be able to order a new phone elsewhere now.

Thanks a bunch

If you think you can do a better job why don't you all get together and start your own mobile phone company.

I left O2 about 6 months ago after a major falling out with them. Their customer service is shocking!!! The worst thing I must be drunk or of me trolley but I have been looking at their web site and contemplating going back to them.
Thank you for the reality check I don't know what I've been thinking, there is no way, after what I've been through with them that I would ever go back.

Thank you for reminding me how crap and unprofessional they really are!!!

And you are who in all of this remind us?

Have you ordered a K800 and having difficulties? If not I hope you never have any problems in the future because I won't be helping you out!

If i a) had enough money b) had the resources c) find the right staff d) strike a good deal with a neetwork..

i would set up my own MVNO...

but unfortunately the above 4 points are sadly untrue therefore i cannot commence on my quest to make a new MVNO

EDIT: If anyone can help with the above 4 points id glady share my ideas for a network...

copy of email i sent to O2 complaints...........

Dear O2,
I wish to complain about the level of service which i have encountered using your online ordering system. This service i can only describe as shambolic. I have been a vodafone customer for 5 years and im a moderate/heavy user but after seeing an advertisement on your website i decided to switch to O2. I pre-ordered the sony ericsson k800i on an 18 month contract on the 20th june(gm-00820****) and after ringing the customer service number i expected delivery a few days after the 26th june. I rung customer service on wednesday 27th june to enquire about delivery and was told that it would be despatched on 28th june for delivery on friday 29th june. I rung on the 28th june to confirm that it had been despatched and was promptly told it was out of stock and that it wouldn't be back until next week as the phone was still in testing. I have been assured that you did have these in stock this week and would like to know why my order has not been processed and why i have blatantly been lied to? What is the point in advertising a pre-order service if you cant supply this service? A company of O2's size should surely know how many units it should have available for coustomers orders! I would like this matter resolved or i shall consider cancelling my order and go with another network......

Just put a mobile phone mast on top of your head and you will get a perfect signal.
Five bars everytime.
Respec.

you bunch of impatient muppets...!

...O2 probably did this on purpose as they were sick of you all ringing every 5mins "wheres my phone? wheres my phone? I ordered it 30 seconds ago and it isnt on my dootstep"

thats why the lines were so busy and it took me 45 mins to get through to order mine?

Its not being impatient its the fact that these people working for o2 seem to be telling there customers bullsh*t all the time, through ringing them up several times i have caught them out. Thats the only way i managed to get my replacement sony ericsson w810i through my phone insurance. Insurance people were telling me they were out of stock yet when i rang the sales line straight after being told they didn't have any in stock i was told they had plenty when i said i was enquring about getting a new contract on that phone. This just proves to me they would rather obtain new customers instead of helping existing customers who are still paying them. There just completely disgraceful muppets!

Gerja, i suggest you read more on the subject of o2 customer care on this forum and other forums you will soon realise how shoddy they really are.
