nokia forum on esato |

In addititon to the old man's good reasons opening up a dedicated Nokia forum would do be against a simle thig as the meaning of the name Esato. (Only Take A Sony Ericsson revesed)
Just imagine what we'd have to alter the name to: NoEsato!!! (Only Take A Sony Ericsson Or Nokia)
We can't have that, can we?

esato would stay a se forum, cos of a bit more freedom for nokia imo. many members have here fones from other brands as second fone or in their fone collection. and what if esato turns to a bit more "general"? to be a member in a forum can be based on so many and different things. i dont like se, i come here cos of the /// forum and the community. of course its an amazing fact, that only one brand in the whole entire world has got an "own" site, but what if esato would give a chance to integrate another brand. it wont fill more then 5-10 % of esato.

that was a good one....
there are lots of forums for the nokias where you can get all the information (cracks, warez and all the crap) this is the only for the sonyericssons and lets not forget the /// . lets keep it that way. I think more than enough importance is given to nokias on a primarily  based forum.

esato feels to me like an "exclusive" forum for se lovers. I'd certainly not like it to lose its exclusivity!

And altho esato has a area for other manufacturers when ppl post topics se bible bashers come in leaving void remarks im pretty fed up with ppl ranting bout k750is in my Samsung D600 photo thread lol

What I just made notice here during the past months is that 'old' timers of Esato uses (or are fascinated) with other mobile fone brands . . . aside from  . . . of course, they still manage to have at least ONE fone brand in their possession . . . but the LOVE of their LIFE at the moment is, say a - Nokia, Samsung, K-Jam etc. . . . . .

I firmly believe... This forum is to help people to sort out their problems, difficulties, sharing tricks, sharing views, sharing idea's, etc... Lets not be specify to Sony Ericsson only. Am sure, here more than 30% member have Nokia also. So the forum should be dedicated towards helping, solving, sharing, discussing, etc rather than concentrating on SE or Nokia or any other brand.
Guys lets not hate Nokia... Believe it or not! In india the largest selling brand of cellphone is none other than NOKIA.
Lets have a small space for Nokia fans also.

@stayback. There is a space for N*kia users in the Other Manufacturers section!
If you have a dedicated section for N lovers then I want one for Sharp phones and I won't stop campaigning till I get one

I have heard the saying keep your friends close, but your enemies closer but frankly this is rediculous. A dedicated No^ia section on Esato? It would be open warfare every week

though i can understand that esato is a oriented site, i don't see how a seperate nokia forum would hurt. they have a massive market share, and it would be sure to attract a wider gorup of users/posters. Having more people visiting site=more money for esato, plus nokia users get to be part of this great community 
Btw, i have a k750i  no nokias for me, but i can definitely see some plusses of them. i just don't like people who have a go at them without considering the other side, or even having a play with a nokia... :/

You are questioning the entire basis on which Esato was created. Esato was meant to be a forum for lovers. It is like Maybach starting to sell 2000 pound cars. Esato has a focus and has been fairly successful in becoming the largest community on earth!

Esato is based around SE phones, and by having a Nokia section we are just compromising the quality and site that is Esato. We will just blend in with all the other mobile forums availible today. I don't want that! There's already a section for other manufacturers and that's where it should stay. I don't see many Nokia posts in that forum anyway.
