The W810 is a wicked phone and with EDGE its almost as fast as 3G, but I would say the W900i is better all round.
Greater memory, better video, faster, bigger screen, probably the same cam. Better gaming....
According to the reviews the only lag on the W900i is in the main menu, because of the flash animations, but beyond that there is none.
Plus, the black W900i is RARE

On the contrary I have seen only one or two for sale in the past 7 days.
(Some sellers of them are scammers. Look out for one Italian seller asking you to pay for your phone at www.italia-escrow.com Its a scam.) |

what about the major dealers on ebay that have sold like 3536 things with 99% feedback? can i rely on those guys? theres plenty of black w900i's out there i think? last time i checked, you can easily buy it now |

my girl got the w810, she prefers 1 small multimedia phone wif great features n decent camera, but after playin around wif my w900 she wanted 2 switch, due to bigger screen, higher resolution, makes ur pic looks better than on w810, less color saturation, rec video n great play at 30fps, better than my sony cam T5 i think! its sooo smooth! thou the sìze is big, but it pays off |

w900, has pretty much all the things w810 has and more and some features are better on the w900, for example, video recording, better graphics engine. |

Here in South Africa we only get the black ones(W900i). Aparently only SE's boss in South Africa has a white one. I wanted a white one, but oh well, it is a pretty phone, screen rocks...now just to get that memory stick pro duo 2GB... |

@stayback if u need 3g, go for w9, if not, then for w8. imo on some way thats the main point between the 2 fones

Download speed isn't the main thing because the W810 isn't that slow compared to the W900i, remember it has EDGE.

Going by the comments I have read on this site, everyone who has ever handled a W900i has been well impressed.

Great phone, but keep in mind, if you are going to abuse it, you need to be a expert user. Mine crashed this morning. Didn't want to start until I connected it to my pc. I think I need a firmware update. Even if I had tthe choice to get another phone, I will stick with this phone...this after 4 days=)
