My point was mate that the recieving of porn has nothing to do with 3G, it can be recieved on 2G too, so why doesnt this chap ban that too (in cambodia obviously).

people are doing the typical mistake (due to internationalization)
people forget that each country is different with their values. For all we know, Cambodian's doing care or are happy with the decision.
