@drogpoos i tried the stylus, thx, but no thx. and imo a brand isnt more advantaged cos a feature, which is missing at another one. it was your individual decision.

Nokia have bunch of model to be release with leading technologies. ie: 16m tft, un pnp, wifi, optical zoom, motion sensor, etc
SE is hardly breathe after announce w850, w710, z710, z550, m608c, and others in the future with mainstream tech. (what a loser) |

you should really try out the advantages the touch screen can give you....
you need not always use the stylus......
i have tried the touch screen models from nokia and it was a disaster... they are very slow and you have to wait for some time before you get a response...
none of the nokia handsets offers the long battery life of SE phones...
yes but the software and customer support that nokia provides is amazing....
SE produces very high quality phones but thats it.. nothing after that...poor marketing stratergy and support..... even the uiq3 that they introducing will have poor support from 3rd party developers...
they should have developed something that will support the previous uiq versions aswelll
you can see s60 with so much support....and the n series that they have is also based on the s60 platform helping developers....
so all is nothing but a balance....
i will support SE in the higher end category and nokia in the medium category...

I think the best phone is the one that is best for you. Personally I prefer SE but for other people a Nokia might be better.
I have seen many threads like this one before. After a couple of pages they turn into a slagging match and get out of hand.

i think nokia is always ahead in terms of new tehnologies because it´s got the biggest market share, more money to invest on research and a solid name that try and ´justify´ the big price for their top smart models.
Se is goot at making feature-rich, quality phones for a better price.
If you want the latest techs around and can afford it go for a nokia.
If you want a complete phone with great features, good design and cheaper price, go for se. (best value for money)
But i do think se could come up with a phone with the same form factor and features as k800 but with symbian os. For a more competitive price than n series, of course. It would atract n series buyers to a phone with not only the same functions but with a cybershot cam and walkman interface. That phone would be a killer. And i believe one day it will hit the market. Just gotta wait. |
