sorry about that but you said you couldn't do it, not that it was just too much effort

anyway, I agree frmo everything I have read on Esato that almost no one here would choose a branded phone over a non branded phone, with the exception of those phones from O2 which are generally only very lightly branded

I agree, I don't think many people would actually choose a branded phone over an unbranded one. Unfortunately, taking a branded phone with a contract often provides a cheaper (in terms of initial payment) way to get the most desirable handsets Handy if you haven't got a few hundred quid lying around!

That's my excuse anyway

Defiantly unbranded, will not ever get a branded phone again ever, unless of course i can get it unbranded easily afterwards. On this subject i have mentioned before Virgin phones to my experience come unbranded and as they are about to start allowing 3G services we might see P990 & M600 etc on Virgin unbranded.

Unbranded, not only because of branded phones's plastered network logos and menus, not only because of locks and drm nonsense etc, but also because I'm not into any form of network worshipping whatsoever.

Right am i the only one that prefers branded - you have someone to take the phone to other than se - + also you save alot of money sometimes - the only annoying thing about branding is that it also trys to get you to spend more money on your phone - but if you can get both at the same price - then unbranded. and yeh i'm glad virgin are going 3g - only reason i went with voda was because of that + there rather good stop the clock! But virgin is cheaper to send a text to voda than it is from voda 2 voda
