@govigov:
The fact is, Nokia 6030 looks like Sony Ericsson K300.
K510 doesn't look like Nokia but latest Nokia phones look like SE phones in some models. Have anyone seen Nokia E60? It's very SE in physical design.

Can anyone solve the anomaly! Bluetooth is listed for the K310 in every SonyEricsson regional site as a main feature, haowever it is not listed as connectivity feature. Do you know how can it be??? |

Just a thing one guy posted on gsmarena:
"I am currently testing the handset at the moment for Sony Ericsson.
The handset istself is a very sturdy and good looking phone with a easy to use Joystick and Well spaced Buttons.
The phone has features like a Media Player wich operates the same as any of the walkman series.
The screen is Pixelated but the camera pictures are Decent Enough.
My Biggest Greivence was the Lack of the (Pretty much standard) Volume keys on a SE Phone.
It has all of the Functionality of a K750i but with a worse picture and no memory card but this is reflected in the price.
All in all its A very Good phone For its Price."
First mini review I guess...

Does it have custom SMS alerts?
I check the phone simulator on the SE website and it doesn't seem to have the slot for a custom SMS alert...
Could anyone confirm?

ive been seeing these phones on our local SE site here in the Philippines... and ive found out that there are no expandable memory for them. i think K300 is like about 12-13MB in memory, and K510 has like around 16mb.. theyre good for low end phones alright.. but then for those file enthusiast.. internal memory just cant suffice...
but ei... thats what low-ends for...
cheers!

Actually it's about perfect for me. I don't need expandable memory, I don't need internal memory. I have a PDA for that. I just need a cheap bluetooth phone.
Any idea how much it'll cost here in the Philippines?

hhmm base from the recent models.. IMO K510 will be pegged at around Php 8-10T and the K310 will come around 7-9T... well its a humble forecast. eerr black market prices that is... expect it to be 1.5-2T more in the mainstream..
