The S700i didnt have the standby clock. People used to complain that SE hadnt put it on the S700i.

@knight, of course the w900 is 3g but i still don't buy ur logic 'bout the battery consumption due to the large screen. the p910 even with it's better battery as u say has horrible battery life, i need to charge mine thrice in 24 hours. even then se didn't rule out the standby clock. i don't remember if the s700 had a standby clock, etaab says it did & jc is sure that it didn't so i'm guessing that it must have something to do with the screen for se denying both these phones a standby clock. but i don't think battery consumption is the reason.

perhaps if there was a clock in the S700i/W900i screen, it would be BIG! so big, it could be seen 10 meters away...

You sure about that JC ? my friends heavily Vodafraud branded S700i had the clock, and still does AFAIK unless im mistaken.
