I just installed the IAT-10 antenna on my R520 and it'is working great!
I'm living near the Eastern border of Romania and I could normally receive the GSM operators from the neighbour country, Moldova Republic. Usually I receive and use those operators' services via roaming, but outdoor. With my new antenna I could receive them indoor.
I just expect to climb some mountains next week and I will be able to test the antenna in poor GSM signal conditions.

AND I AM REALLY GLAD! I just got the IAT-10 and after 4-5 years job i have it now in my hands. A genuine /// Sweden print box. Like a dream!

@mathios Yes it is the very last in genuine ///box! I tried three years ago to find one in Athens looking all shops round Syntagma and half of Athens, but no Iat-10 was left anymore. So i believe it is a rarity.

Hello again dear friends!
While I'm happy using the IAT-10 antenna (thanks again Mathios!) another friend with a T39m would like to experience an accesory like that.
So...do you have another IAT-10 antenna (new or used) to sell??? Please let me know!
