Well I've been using Windows Mobile Pocket PC's and the K-Jam for a while now, and I can say, most of the freeware available for them are not worth wasting bandwidth downloading (with the exception of Skype and TCPMP, if I may add ). If you are going to be spending 35000+ rupees on a phone, a couple of hundred rupees won't make much of a difference for you, and having said that, they will make all the difference for you if you pay them to buy the right software. I can personally vouch for Windows Mobile 2005, to be the most powerful Smartphone OS available right now, I'm using it side-by-side with Palm and a S60 phone:
and I'll say, It has the most powerful features of them all.
And yes, you can use he BT headset to listen to music, from Windows Media Player. And No, it isn't superior to the XDA Atom (But it isn't inferior either), the XDA Atom has a better spec-sheet to show for itself, but the K-Jam has the qwerty keyboard, also, the TI Processor in the K-Jam gives almost the same processing power as a 400Mhz Intel XScale.

@rishi: Sorry for the delay here, I suggest you check out Handango and Pocket Gear. The club i-mate site also has a lot of good stuff. |
