so it was initially Ericsson based, it was only later that it became Sony Ericsson based due to the joining of the two companies in October 2001 (two months after that post by laffen)
at least that is my understanding

If esato backwards means otase and "take a Sony Ericsson" how did he know that Sony will merge with ericsson??? It was non-existent...  |

 well I guess the REAL meaning now is that which seems to have been settled on and declared in the quote I posted by laffen himself
its the best fit I have seen for those letters, anyhow
