@SE man - I am still curious about this THREAD. All along maybe the author has a different meaning with his invisible jacket . . . maybe it's the ONE which he wears on his TEETH  Jacket is the TERM we use here at my end, the ONE which covers the TOOTH.

Here's something about the INVISIBLE issue:
There's an INVISIBLE patient in a hospital and nagged the nurse on duty that HE wanted to see the DOCTOR, the nurse said to the Doctor: "There's an INVISIBLE man who wants to see you . . ." The Doctor replied: "Tell HIM that I cannot SEE him now . . ."

Surely if an invisible person put on an invisible jacket, the invisibility would be cancelled out and they would become visible?

Update- Found my jacket :-) left it on the stairs when came home from work,tripped on it and nearly broke my neck! Anyways tipical fri 13th cos ive gone and lost it again grr! Goin shoppin tomorrow goin to treat myself to a new coat i may even get a woolie hat 2 :-)
