Was having a go of a W900i today - its a lot heavier than the W800i and bigger/chunkier.
I prefer my W800i but the screen on the W900i is really good for watching videos.
I would expect that the W900i wouldn't sell as well as the W800i, but still its another good addition to the Walkman phones. |

As I see it the W900i has the following over the W800i:
Better Screen, Better Video record/ playback, 3G, More internal memory, External remote
The W800i has the following over the W900i:
Smaller, lighter, radio built in.

Radio built-in or external doesnt matter, you have to connect a handsfree anyway.
But i dont see reasons to change my W800. Maybe the sucesor of the W900 (W910?)

I think he measn that the resolution is bigger so video playback, pictures etc are better. |

@rrojas260 - The W910 will hopefully be a US market version of the W900 with 850mhz instead of 900 and with appropriate UMTS frequency. SE did that with the S700/S710, and I hope that they strike another deal with Cingular for the potential W910. |

I have a w900i so I can answer this I believe. The w900i has a slightly better still camera, a much better video camera, 3g, a larger screen, 470mb internal memory, and a larger size. Those are the things that pop out at you.

Well, the W900 also has better grapichs than W800. Sony Ericsson is using graphics acceleration from nVidia (nVidia GoForce) in W900

No point in moving from a w800i to a w900i. If you are buying a new phone then see what you like....?
Bigger better display - w900i
Light and small phone - w800i
Also the w900i is 3G.
