Cannot believe the HPM-10. Just bought one today. Tried to hook it up to my WIN2K PC. Practically died when I saw it was connected via parallel port and keyboard socket! I mean come on Ericsson this is 2002 you know. Doesnt install on Windows 2000 professional. Can I use any Sandisk reader that can take the same size MMC? Please tell me I can because this Ericsson reader is some sort of joke. |

Any mmc USB reader should work.
I have tried in two types with no problems. |

Go to

The mp3 player can play from a 128 mb mmc card even there isnt any official support for it. I have 1 with mmc 128 and it works great

@sapibobo, well explained. So it is final that the HPM-10 accepts 32MB and up MMC.

Windows XP support is very VERY buggy, and i wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Had this setup a while ago...
I would copy a file to the MMC, then try to load anything in the slightest DirectX related and it would lock the PC hard. Also Windows XP with the reader has caching still enabled....so if you whip out that card without "eject"ing it first you will corrupt your card...
