Another bug i have found using R1N035, walkman media player crashes when trying to access my .m4a music files. I can play them if i go into FileManager and then sounds, but always crashes when i try accessing them through the media player. If i take the MSD out it stops the 'freezing' and returns to the media player screen, so the phone itself doesnt crash. However, theres no problems accessing .mp4 music files though.

Yep! I noticed that to! Wery annoing!
Crap, pardon my crappy spelling!

the thing i find annoying is the problem that the K750i had when it first came out, with the camera not saving the picture you see on the screen when taking a picture.

i take one, and the picture on the screen shows, but when the 'saving' part comes on, it is a different picture, which is no good!

anyone else notice this?

liek i said it happened with teh first K750i firmware, but was great on the next firmware!

I think that there is a delay (little) in which you press the shutter and what you are seeing. Let's say a Ferrari goes 100 MPH, you shoot it, when the photo cames out it'll be moved from where you saw it...

Well, the same applies here

@Dan, well in the case of a ferari going over we woldn't mind. but what if we get the same effect for a bicycle going 10 mph.

anyways found a nother buig, and seriously sucking bug.
i started my phone a couple of das ago and 'day light saving time' had been changed here in the netherlands. so my phone asked me if i wanted to apply the new time settings. and i sayed yes. anywyas today i found out that it didn't only change my time. but also changes the time of my planned objects in my calender. everything planned there was planned 1 hour earlier.

so if something had been planned for 10:30 before the daylightsaving time, it was noow suddenly planed for 9:30

and besides i think the new firmware freaked out my pc suite dus it's not working anymore

That is what we call lag in digicam terms.

It's pretty normal because it takes time for them to save the picture. So what I do is press a lil faster before the real picture that I wanted.

The last 3 nights my phone has only charged up to 94%. (Using mains power of course!) Was previously reaching 100%. Anyone else experiencing this bug?

Yes, every morning for the last four days it has only reached 94% after 8 hours charging on the mains power.

Yes, mine was the same for the first week or so after upgrading to R1N, but for some reason the last 4 nights it only reaches 94%.

Hi,
I have my W800i with R1L002 firmware..
After reading the Topic I think I should not update the firmware...
Am I making correct decision?

YEEEEESSSS! If you upgrade you will open your personal pandoras box and will have lots and lots of problems. The firmwares that exist now that you can update with, sucks and will make your phone a lesser one! Believe me! (and every one else!)

Just thought id mention this, one of my friends pops round every now and then to put some tunes on his W800. He's on R1L and theres absolutely no problems tranferring as many mp3s as you like over at one time, unlike with mine (only a few at a time). I say this after there has been a lot of debate as to whether its peoples PC's causing the probs ie USB drivers etc etc. I have to say though i dont experience any other severely noticable problems on R1N035 as other peeps have been mentioning, just the mp3 bug and it doesnt really bother me that much i have to say, but still i would like it sorted
