So far no issues with pairing to my k750. I can go out of range, it diconnects, but when i come back into range i just need to press the little silver button and it pairs up sagin within seconds. there is still crackle on the headset if I put the phone out of direct sight with the headset. The same used to happen with my HBH-608 though.. BTW, The little green hbh-610 box has a white sticker which has a code which ends in R1A.
