ok i've succesfully got the update service on my pc followed all the instructions but how do i get it from the pc to my phone??

Follow the instructions on screen. I noted that the swedish version of the SEUS did forget to mention that one should press the 'c' button when starting the phone after being told to disconnect and shutdown....

The Update service won't start otherwise....

it didnt say anything about the c buttin so do i restart my pc what do i do with the phone?

Exactly! Thats the problem. The Update Service (in swedish, don't know about the english version) didn't say that one is supposed to hold down the 'c' key when restarting the phone after switching it off just before the flashing procedure.

If you don't hold down the 'c' key, the phone will start normally and the flashing won't start.
