it could also just be an issue with USB, try updating yrou motherboard drivers. (if an nForce board - www.nvidia.com, if a VIA board - www.viatech.com)
Do a windows update to ensure you have all yoru latest drivers too.
If 98, download the DCom update off the MS website as well. | |

Have you installed Sony Ericsson PC Suite in the CD comes with the phone package?

a friend of mine owns a w800i, he copied some music on his phone, but he cannot view the music when pressing the W button (walkman button) what is he doing wrong |

Make sure the music are stored in "\MSSEMC\Media Files\audio" if he is draging & dropping them in Explorer.
Also, unplug the USB cable off the phone to play the music. |

Update: bought a 1gb card today and it works fine...
now im really confused. should i contact o2 about it not working or take it into the o2 shop or something. | |
