Get an Ericsson charger. Cut off the connector. Solder in an appropriate voltage LED (wrong voltage and it'll burn out). Epoxy as needed (reinforcement, and to sink the heat), etc, etc...

just take a charger and cut off the wayer then put the led inside and stick it to the connection
