I know about a Picsel Viewer for Samsung D600 (not a Symbian phone for sure) capable of displaying:
xls
doc
pdf
ppt
pictures
including zooming feature! Very useful, indeed.
More on mobile-review in the D600 review.
Wonder if such an application would be downloadable for  ..

The D600 is indeed a nice machine :-) Thats why Samsung are a few shoe numbers bigger then SE ;-)
