This is someone elses link I took out of the "Get rid of hissing noise thread".

Download this file and go look into how FAR Manager works (you can find everything in the software section of this board) so that you can replace the original phf_2_play.apf by this one. I used to have the crackling between songs aswell (on my W800i) but after doing this all has gone.
