In all the years I've been changing light bulbs, they've always been referred to as Globes.

5 users to state that lightbulb/light bulb information has been posted in another forum and that people should join to read it there.

38 users to argue that their brand of lightbulb is superior, while other users simply don't know what they're talking about

4 users to provide statistical evidence about lightbulb sockets being unreliable for given choices of lightbulbs

12 users to discuss the ramifications of moving to burning oil lamps

and 1 poster to ask where to buy a k700i.

And one user to buy a bulb from somebody in the 'lighting accessories' forum and then start a thread complaining that they've been ripped off...

...and countless spam threads claiming they're selling cheap lightbulbs in bulk, pretending to be British or European but actually coming from some random country and only accepting payment via Western Union or Bidpay....

good one....but @sammyboy....lets not make geographically accusatory hints .. the purpose of this thread was to offer a humurous perspective which was generic to this forum..lets not make comments likely to turn a fun thread into a flame war
