From the pictures posted here this game doesn't look much better than Aero Ace 3D which is an awesome game..pity it's so short.

i'd like to see a Mech Warrior type game...now that would be nice with explosions all over the place.

Ok I see there is a lot of interest from everyone which is very encouraging to say the least. The game is called Pearl Harbor - Sky Conquerors and it is a World War II fighting game done in 3d. This is a fully rendered 3d game unlike Aero Ace 3d, which has no rendered terrain or mountains etc. Sky Conquerors has full rendered scenery including Mountains Sea, sky and other planes etc. The game is build for mobiles with JSR184, which to you and me means that you have to have a 3d enabled phone. Like the Motorola v980 and E1000, Sony K500/K500i, K700/K700i, Nokia 6680, 6681,6230i, LG's and Samsung to mention just a few. It is also targeted at the 3g markets too so hopefully multiplayer version will also be available so that you can fight against a real human enemy not just an AI version. The game is not out yet but as I understand it will be released very shortly. The scrolling is smooth and you can loop and do all the usual plane maneuvers etc. You can choose to play an american pilot or the jap, and there are several missions to complete.
I will keep you posted as I get hold of more info about the company and website so have bon voyage until the next episode.
