Ive had a good play with my W800i now and cant fault it. I have filled the memory stick with 9 hours of music and have it playing through my hifi at work. It has been playing for 3 hours and has only used 10% of the battery!

did u mean while the phone was on or u had it to music only?

I'm amazed over the phones battery capacity. Down to 50% after two days on just the INTIAL CHARGE! My previous K750i lasted about 4-5 days after cycling the battery.

I've noticed that the battery goes down quickly if you leave the media player on pause, as opposed to stopping it.The best way to test the battery is to turn the phone off completely to be sure that there are no apps running, eg. media player, games, camera etc. Then start the phone up, lock the keypad and leave it til the morning. I've done this a few times and the most i've lost is 4% of my battery, most times I wake up to 100%

well in the intial charge my battery has lasted about 36 hours i think. i wasted the battery at the end by putting on the media player and camera with light. i used the media player for about 4 hours and use the camera alot. i hope it holds charge better when i have cycled the battery.

@luckykid

Thats all wrong mate, its actually very bad for a lithium battery to be fully discharged, it shortens their lives. Try to always keep charge in the phone even if its only a little bit

ok ah well. it charges quickly though. when i arent using the camera or media player it holds charge well. its just when you use those things it goes down quickly.
