dudes, there is such a thing as having different tastes, then there is being insulting.
Arabic rap has just started in Arabic countries and although it's not at the level as American rap, ít's developing.
(See Chinese, Japanese, or German rap)
Now if you dont think Arabic Rap sounds good, is it because you dont like the actual beat or is it because you are being slightly stereotypical?
Think of it before you speak.

Some of the responses i saw in this thread have been downright childish and derogatory. I expected much better from some of you folks. @amnesia, have you heard Hisham Abbas?(hope i spelt it right!) He made an album with indian and arabic fusion... The result was excellent. My interest in arabic music is partly due to this egyptian guy..

I was fortunate enough to hear some of Hisham Abbas' music recently when a local radio station did a half-hour profile on his music. Excellent indeed!!! I hadn't heard any rap in Arabic up till that point, and i must say, it's really quite good!

At the same time dont get all mad because some people listened to it and responded with there opinion that they didnt like it or it didnt sound like rap or it was pure crap........
kinda have to expect that with an arabic rap no offence but if i posted a Country rapper i would probabaly get the same replys
