I am right on wrong, this is the question! I love the Pxxx series that keeps me here.I like to point out the facts good or bad.I would like to post something nice about SE and p*ss all over Nokia if given the chance. But certainly,I'aint going to fool my self.Sh*t and gold may have the same color, but trust me is not the same thing.Today the S60 is arguably the best 'all around' smart phone OS.Not as stable as the Pxxx and not as powerfull/versatile as the Win-OS.But somehow Nokia seem to have hit the 'sweet spot' and now they are hammering it down with the N-Series.With Wimax around the corner is only a matter of time untill most of us will bow before Nokia, as we've done it with Microsoft back in the '90 :-( I somehow saw it coming 3years ago and bought me the right cell.I wonder how many of you still use the cell they bought almost 3 years ago? I can do things from my old 7650 which some of you can't do from their cells bought last month ! (try updating your web page from your K750i )

he hasn't impressed me. the clips show thats he's a good leader, but not a great one.
SE is guessing big with the walkman brand, imo i don't think it will be a succes in america and asia.
it also seems that he wants to say to much at the same time, like he was prepared for the interview. its good to be prepared but not with some notes from someone else.
With Ericsson and Nokia gone: we must keep their spirits alive and buy JOLLA or YOTA

Mario has a point, if SE aint developing Pxxx series anymore, they gonna lose the smartphone market share, S60 is poor compared to its UIQ equlivlent. even so, its branded by nokia and its sells, i myself refused to use a nokia smartphone for my smartphone needs, due to what happen with my nokia 6260, dropped in once inside my house, and it died, i looked after it so well and look how it payed me back

Longlive UIQ Symbian.

On the reason why i here, the W800 is a great phone and it will sell, shame on SE for not putting the K750 and W800 together in one handset

The only thing to stop SE with the W800 is the Nokia N91 which looks pretty impressive features wise

But still long live SONY ERICSSON

Ahem. I regularly check, update, modify, post and comment on my blogsite from my k750i without any problem.. K750 can handle html pretty well.. the only thing is that the site doesn't fit to screen and the joystick has to be moved left-right too to see the entire page... but for that there is always phonifier.com and skweezer.net... Pretty commendable and impressive for a non-smart phone..

Oh and the P series isn't dead. It even looks we're getting UIQ3 this year. Of course SE could kill the P, but we'll still get the smartphones.
I don't want a signature anymore.

I'm a life long SE fan, hell I blew 1/5th of my student loan one term to get the T68 the day it came out. But SE have got some way to go to top the N91. Wifi & a 4GB HDD?! I'm saving already.

@Oogamous Actually I was thinking in terms of a 'proper' web page not predesigned web logs ! You know like ftp up/download ! My wife does also update her blog and even manage to post pictures (email upload) from her D500 but I am not aware of any non smart cell been able to have full ftp control of the net proceedings.Btw - is your blog public ? Greetings from South Africa. Mario :-)

@Batesie That nokia advertising line I don't tippe it myself ! It comes with compliments from the Esato management ;-) And yes thous are still in use buddy as you can see. I can do more from my old 7650 then one can do from a month old k750i ! And talking about picture taking - will you believe my 3year old 7650 does take better pictures at night (badly lit pub, streed etc) then a k750i using the latest os upgrade ! ! ! N91 will be my next cell, unless SE pulls a rabbit out of the hat (P1000) before christmas :-) Greetings from South Africa. Mario.

i don't know, i think series 60 is leaps and bounds over SE UI.. and not confusing for the average user like UIQ.

if only SE would use series 60 (modified SE style) and shrink series 60 devices into SE form factors.. (s700/w800 etc.etc...) you'd have a true winner IMO.

the N series ... well series 60 is good...

n90= ugly huge piece of junj
n91=stupid keypad (expandable memory is better then HD IMO)
n70= looks promising like a slimmed down 6680/1/2 but still not small enough.

i'm currently using a nokia proto 6682 and k750i with w800i housing and software both are great but i'm in north america and the w800i lacks the 850 mhz band which i despersately need.
