P800 sucks.
Ugly design and not usefull with Pocket PC software.
So no nice games or what so ever.
Damn... Pocket IPAQ much better.

@mobil - can i use the IPAQ to call someone? if not then the p800 is still the good choice for i do not have to lug a mobile phone and a PDA which is a nuisance with me, only the p800 which is all in one. |

Congratualtions on this review.
One question : currently, T68 application do not support win XP which is very very annoying (and Se is not able to give an availability date). Are you able to confirm if P800 apps on the CD support Win XP ?
Thanks |

I have win XP and the software (modem drivers / synchronisation / file transfers of backgrounds etc) works just fine. I use Bluetooth, but dont think that makes any difference over IR / cable. |

Try to do my best and answer on all questions

Yes, you could listemn mp3 one by one in order they displayed in player. I mean that you couldn't make you own playlist with choosen songs.
Text recognition completely finished, it's working.
I'm don't understand question about key-pad, excuse me. May be you try to explain it in different manner?

Of course, it has such features as screensaver(any images), resize of pics in closed or open mode
Compare between 7650 and p800 will be publish in Wensday or earlier, lease be patient.

For the pictures taken with P800, I see there's blur around the edges , is this the case?? How does the pictures taken with P800 camera compare to 7650's ?? Would T68i plus MCA 20 produce better photo quality than P800?? (that's what I heard from someone on the other forum), so the ringtone loud enough??? Thanks for your opinion !!!!!!! |

let me get this straight... the speakerphone is at the BACK (camera side) of the phone? Does it have a proximity sensor like the R520? Is th speakerphone as loud and full-duplex like the Ericsson R520?
From the dimensions, the P800 is just a little wider than the R190 satellite phone or GH688... not bad.
I just hope they come up with a different color... I like the color scheme of the HBH-30 headset... I hope they make a P800 in that color scheme! |

No T9, can't create own folders for sms and mails, poor quality on the photos. Ok, disappointed...
I'm not that sure about buying this anymore, especially the lack of T9 is a disaster. A real shame, all other specs are really great. |

Everyone seems terribly dissapointed after that review, but remember that the unit/software he reviewed was not the final one, so things liks sms-folders and T9 CAN change before the final version.
The pics look like crap, on that i agree, but i have a digi-cam for when i need better pics, the cam on the p800 would just be a backup for me for times i dont have my camera with me but need to take a pic of something.

I'm not disappointed with the initial review...I've ALWAYS been disappointed with the design... it looked like a toy when it was first announced... still looks like a toy now. |

i really dont trust this post at all.
it's immpossible for a giant phone like this to dont have t9, its better that we wait til it come out and see it in real life, and dont forget that there is something called software upgrade.
