I now have the old tones High pitch, Low pitch, Medium pitch and Mixed in midi format. I had them all in mp3 since way back, but in midi format they can not be found anywhere

The midi format is great in two ways: 1) They take up less space (small files) 2) They work on older models (like T610 and T630) as well as newer models (like K700 and K750).

Anyone who's interested in these good old original Ericsson tones, just send me a pm

The old mp3 files that I created two years ago are there, correct, but the newly created midi files aren't there since I haven't shared them with anyone yet

well so much for that...

i tried sticking my R520 in front of a mic and recorded it but it sounded awful! if i downliad a copy of the old T68m firmware would you know if i can extract it from that?
