Thanks buddy for letting us know. I tried it once and got an error. Thought that site was useless. I wanted to know is that official gmail site or not.

I Use airtel prepaid service on SEK508i.
Have downloded settings for 1-mobile office, 2-mms and 3-airtel live.
mobile office-the dialup number that was autoconfigured (*99***2#) never worked, luckily somebody gave me another number and that works.
No problems in internet browsing thru PC(This post is the proof), gr8 speed. No problem with WP browsing.
BUT....
mms not being sent How do I set it up?
&
how the (well......) devil do I get airtel live? what is the portal address? some IP address?? what other settings are to be entered.(Psssssst.. what exctly is airtel live... in the first place).
Nobody and I repeat... NOBODY Dont LOL or Roll. this is my first post nd till now I was on plain vanilla BSNL diet.

Vande Mataram. Happy Independence Day.

Airtel live is just the Airtel Portal...youu're not missing anything by not having it
w.r.t mms, i'm guessing you need to select the MMS account to be used while sending mms..its probably selectig some other data account

@King Singh: Neerav Modi IS of Indian origin and despite not being an IT guy started the site as a passion of sorts. Gmail does 'NOT' have its wap enabled service as far as my understanding goes.
@Patriotic ssmssmssm> Hi and Cheerz.. for now you in Esato. Do also check if any threads related to your topic/ query exist. Maybe post there in those threads.. if not, one can start a new one..

Hey you are really missing some thing but having AirTel live activated. Actually through this service you are allowed only one portal and that of AirTel. The stuff on that site is very expensive.. But there is a trick to open all wap sites through it. Simply try to open continuously and will open.

@mrao & sailaab- thanx n cheers 2u2.
@mvinod- I'm sure I have my mms settings right (I sent 'mms' to 646 and the reply auto configured a new profile called 'mms')
@king singh- Boss everybody keeps telling me airtel live is a portal. Now what url do I enter to 'open' the portal. Incidentally, www.airtellive.com is owned by net4india (maybe they are ethically sQuatting over it, check it out)
NEWAY--- life's good even without All that stated above. got so hooked to SE that I plan to buy another (for my wife)

What a ripoff. Airtel assholes charge rs 600 for that service. And rs 100 from corprate connections holders and that too for first three months.
