i'm not sure about that.. toshiba also has one which is currently in production.. it's the smallest at 19nm as opposed to samsung's 20nm..

but for the RAM, most probably it's Samsung.. they are currently have the edge on mibile chips RAM..

I really want that super high end phone for the end of 2013, but I can't wait that long. Looks like I will be buying both flagships next year |

@DACHA
Coming to think about, an Exynos chip in the Sony 2H flagship would be amazing. It seems that Samsung is moving away from supplying Apple and giving other manufacturers of a large scale access too. This also means we may see these in HTC etc. Fair play to Samsung! |

I was thinking the same thing. Apple and Samsung are in an ugly divorce and Samsung needs new costumers.
Selling Exynos 5 Quad core processors to Sony and maybe others will make up for the loss of business from Apple.
Smart move from Samsung.

The bad side would be the developement. Samsung is well known for not offering the drivers and such for their devices (now I don't know if it is the Samsung Mobile or Samsung Processor team that does that).
I don't get people. Never Have, never will. |

definitely looking forward to seeing the 2H flagship.. but that is a ways off i guess.
My XS will have to last til then. It's been lagging lately for some odd reason. May have to do some maintenance. Having a few other small issues with it too but eh.
2H flagship sounds amazing but with the guesstimates for prices being close to $1000.. it's making me hesitate. i'm not that rich!
