@berry: i guess better din na he didnt bring a gun. mainit din ang ulo ng bro ko sa road, and he wont back down from any fight. he was even daring the guy to shoot noh!  the guy kasi overtook us and cut in front of us na, blocking our path that's why my bro backed-up the car to the bldg where the mobile patrol was and we asked for help.

fxy.... can u try to recall that persons face, car markings? w/ those we can trace that, since there are only few CRVs out in the street.... those type of ppl doesnt deserve to live.... |

I guess I've had my share of road rage. Once even with an undercover copper in EDSA, who was driving recklessly with his lights and siren on. Just too many assholes out there who won't give a shit if they kill you. I shouldn't let it bother me. I love my wife and daughter too much ...

@fxy: ur right. if ur bro is hot headed too then it was right that he didn't bring it na rin. more could have happened if he did. The tickets are dish was P600 for guests since it was a private thing. I was part of that private event so mine was free, lucky me  Dinner was included but food was lousy though |

@619: Youre right. he doesnt deserve to own a gun and be out on the streets. I dont remember any markings on the car-- all i know is that its a brand new red CRV, no plates, no tint. The guy is around late 20's to early 30's, yuppie looking, Chinito with a moustache, slight-build. I know that may makikita din yang katapat. I just hope he has a PTC. If he stepped out of the car with the intention to shoot, i wouldnt have second thoughts in running him over in self-defense. |

@neph: i forgot to mention he had a female companion in the passenger side. Dunno if gf or wife niya. Was pissed off with my bro and that guy for putting me and that other girl in danger. my mind was reeling with thoughts of rolito go/eldon maguan.

@casperr: physical injuries or grave or light threats. Just file a criminal complaint with the Office of the Prosecutor's office (fiscal). btw, that taped recording will be inadmissible in court.(Anti-wire tapping law)
