Speaking of traffic, i just want to share with you a bad experience i had while going home yesterday afternoon.
My brother picked me up from work yesterday. From dela Costa, we were going to turn right to tordesillas and cross Buendia when this brand new red CRV refused to give way (it was traffic and he was just going to block our path). My bro (a road warrior himself) cut in front of him. The guy in the CRV got really mad, gave my bro the finger, started blowing his horn and flashing his lights. I saw that he was really livid. My bro gave him the finger back and shouted at him too. From that corner, he started tailgaiting us until we crossed buendia going to the zuellig loop. All the time my bro and him were screaming and cursing at each other. He kept tailgaiting us, overtaking and cutting in front of the car and opening his door to get out. My bro didnt get out of the car but the shouting match continued. In front of Zuellig bldg, i realized that the guy had stuck his head and hand outside the window and had A GUN POINTED at me and my brother telling us to get out of the car. There was a guard a couple of builings behind us who heard the commotion and was pointing at our direction. Since we were at a place where there were no cars and people, my bro backed up the car to where the guard was. I pleaded for the guard for help and told him that the guy in the red CRV had a gun. Good thing there was a mobile patrol parked in that bldg w/ 2 policemen. We asked them to help us and they ran after the CRV. Too late, they didnt catch the guy. Too bad i didnt get the conduction sticker at the back of his car. Brand new CRV (no plates, no tint) chinito driver with a moustache and a revolver. I dont care to know who this person is. I know that he will get what he deserves. Im just thankful that we're still alive.

OT: For those who know like attorneys here or just anybody who has idea.
When it comes to legal matter, can you sue or complaign somebody when they give you scare you by like attacking you in person and/or giving you threats like " We will be watching you or beware, we are just around".
I just want to know if i can go directly to the police or should I be talking to a lawyer first about this. I have nobody to blame if something happens but just that family who is threatening us. I just want to make sure that if something happens, they have a primary suspect. Or can i do a complaign already? Next time they do come and scare us, i will open my T68i phone's recorder and records what they say as evidence.
This is really OT but just hoping someone would know. Thanks

sorry for the long dramatic post. just wanted to share it with you guys. it is a classic case of road rage and irresponsible gun-ownership.
good thing that my bro didnt have his gun w/ him too. he has a PTC and who knows what wouldve happened?

@fxy: grabe naman yan!!! scary...you see, it pays to bring your gun for protection purposes only. how come ur bro didn't bring his? i don't mean for him to fight that crv guy, but just in case something happens. how were you able to get help from police if he's following? maybe he saw you seek for the mobile thus running faster. police cars are useless for running after cars like those. ang bagal nila e. |
