no matter which one heads the ANC, Hobbs, we're in for a bumpy ride since the antagonism between the two camps isn't likely to lessen after the conference.

As far as travelling on the roads this festive season it's mostly a no-no in our household. Too many cars, traffic jams, shoulder-to-shoulder on the beaches, etc... not my idea of a fun time at all. We usually keep it local at this time of year Had an offer to spend a week up in Paarl after Christmas, but i doubt that we'll be going since the whole family will be here.

I may be spending next Xmas in London though My sis and brother-in-law may be moving to London in January, if De Beers has its way. They've offered swaer a top spot there, but he's mulling it over since the spot he now holds as head forensic auditor for their operations in Africa and Europe means that they get to travel extensively, whereas the London posting means being desk-bound most of the time.

Well, now that Jacob Zuma is the new leader of the ANC, and they're likely to win the next elections, i'd say we're in for some pretty interesting times, boet... The death penalty may be reinstated... certain individuals may be released from prison, lol.

Here's a look at what his cabinet may look like

I couldnt care less if the country erupts into chaos as long as my pc gets fixed. He just phoned now and told me my motherboard might be the problem. Not happy.A new motherboard means a new cpu mean forking out dosh im not happy forking out at this present moment in time.Ja well.Lets hope he tests some more and comes up with another scenario which isnt going to cost me an arm and a toe. @GUCCI Dumb question-what is that phone?

How could your dad have a Tytn and this is the 1st you've heard of it? And has it persuaded u to wander off into the land of HTC and Windows mobile.Thumbs up or down to Windows Mobile?

The OS is great ,very fast UI, not a single crsah all day had 8apps running at the same time only realised now. The build aint bad, slider is really tight and doesn't wobble at all, the front looks like its made of metal and the rest is real high quality plastics. camera is 2MP without AF so P990 would kill it. and I think this has something like 400mhz under the hood lol! I'm loving it though still prefer s60 and UIQ over this though.

@ Hobbs
as far as i knew,he had three phones: a BlackBerry, an E61 and E70, had no idea he had a TyTN, I don't live with him so ye was suprised.
Lol its a HUGE phone no wonder he doesn't use it much, i would though but i realy do prefer my N80, the WM OS just aint realy for me, and im not too fond of Touchscreens and QWERTY keyboards.
