headline news:
recent spite of attacks aimed towards defensive including new thread's being started with title's as such, ''Why is defensive such a t**t?''
apart from that things are great
just bought myself a new mouse, the logitech mx1000 its fantastic, although very expensive still, even if it is a few months old now!

Hey everybody!
Yeah I use my Logitech MX518 Gaming mouse. Never, ever used a better mouse. And it's perfect for playing Battlefield 2

@sir - whats the G7 like, I was so tempted but it was out of stock so I settled for the mx1000 over the 518 gaming mouse!
@Q - is the 518 better than the mx1000 or similar, not sure myself really eheh
@Cyco - not sure who been having a pop at me mate but I don't take it to heart so don't really care!

Well, technically the MX1000 is better. But it's cordless and that's not very convenient when you have a laptop ^^
Plus I think the MX518 has a nicer design and feels better to use as it's more perfect for MY hand and it's a bit lighter

Nah, I'm too mellow to have a go at anyone, even if they do p**s me off, which you don't by the way
Just interested because I've had a few nasty PMs from a certain somebody over the past couple of weeks. Nothing worthy of taking action over, just some saddo who finds it fun to take the p**s out of me over Miss C's 'Cycovision PC help' thread.

defensive:
the MX1000 is 20x more precisly then the MX518, but the MX518 has a much higher DPI for gaming.. 1600 dpi i think. The G7 is the new bently in the mouse family. its like a MX1000 but like a MX518 on gaming.
The G7 provides instant access to three sensitivity levels— 400 dpi, 800 dpi, and 2000 dpi—before driver installation. Shift from pixel-precise targeting to fast-twitch maneuvers, without pausing the action.
and
Extreme cordless performance. The Logitech G7 Cordless Mouse delivers extreme cordless performance with a 2000 dpi laser engine for blinding speed and precision response. The G7´s full-speed, bi-directional USB connection sends a blazing 500 reports/second* over 2.4 GHz wireless for a bulletproof connection. Dead batteries won´t stop you mid-mission, thanks to a five-level power indicator and twin “hot-swappable” Li-ion battery packs that recharge while you´re racking up points. Use Logitech´s SetPoint software to customize your mouse with advanced features such as game detection and adjustable sensitivity (including independent x- and y-axis settings). The programmable tilt wheel adds an unprecedented level of control and gaming power.

@Q - i use a laptop as well and cordless is much simpler i find
@C - same here mate, just couldn't be bothered wasting my time on the certain person (no names mentioned either)
@M - you causing trouble again hehe
@S - cheers for the info mate! i wanted the G7 purely because it was the newest of the 3 but it was out of stock and i needed a mouse because I've got a fractured wrist and can't use the touchpad on my laptop very easily! so got the mx1000 instead because its wireless and the 518 isn't.

Don't worry about it, you did right! The thread's pretty damn popular and a lot of people have found help thanks to all of the computer wizards who contribute to it
I haven't heard from the immature little s**t for a few days now, so it looks like I've kicked him into touch
