I just PMed him to come and say hello over here
In other news, I took the plunge and debranded my K850i last night (So glad to see the ugly/annoying Vodafone stuff gone)
With all the buzz over in the DB3150 threads I'll probably be jumping on that bandwagon too, especially considering that it replaced a modded K800i!

@enk39: You've been added to our New Zealanders list mate. Welcome to the fold!
I presume from your avatar that you're sporting a K850i. How are you liking it?

haha nah i don't have a k850i, it's the phone i'd reaally like to buy though. But i saw a great n82 deal( $500), was a bit worried about k850i's stability, brod etc and so i reached out for the n82 first.
I've had like 7 sony ericsson's in the past though

I am now very impressed with K850i with modifications done via A2uploader it's like a whole new phone!
I have flash menus, new icon set, media skins, no more vodafone logo in standby, W980 acoustic drivers and Strong's camera driver to start
I look forward to comparing results of different camera drivers as I think it has been a disappointment in stock form compared to the K800i

Looks like the W980 has finally hit Parallel Imported at $869. The C905 has been in for a week or two at $1099 and the X1 is out of stock at $1999. Not very tempting prices, what happened to their competitiveness?
Tell you what though... That white W350i Vodafone is selling is thoroughly tempting me. I love the slickness of the flip on it and in white it looks great!

Parallel Imported in Auckland (East Tamaki) had 3 X1s when I went in for a car charger the other day. They said they only took 5 into stock when they got them in so not selling too well at that price huh! W980 isnt too bad a deal really - still could be $150 cheaper I think to be competitive. I used that phone for about 2 months at work and it was great! Software a little bit slower than I was used to but it had a different transition effect in menu navigation. The FM transmitter worked Primo too.
