Yep I'm with you guys on this, it shouldn't happen at all, but I'm not going to start ranting about it just yet, hopefully it's just that the system needs time to settle.
It does remind me a little of the ice update with the Xperia s though

Yeah,kinda thinking the first time with JB I am going to drain the battery dead and then give it a full overnight charge see how it goes. We are not the only ones out there with crap battery life. I just read a review of the new BB Z10 they said the battery is terrible

That's what I wrote just a few post before. It was similar but than settled and was good.

I dont get this, all of you are complaining how you have to clear all memory, reset and all that shit to update. Whereas, I just plugged it in, clicked a few buttons and it's all done. And it is running perfectly fine...

Yes battery life is shit, but this happens everytime there is a big update. Sony will always have another smaller one to improve the battery life weeks later... :S

I do love this phone still never had any crashes or restarts. Yes well I done it now so am still happy & yeah am sure Sony will release a patch update soon. I hope

Nobody gets this, me either. Fact is, the process is inconsisent for all the users.

because of camera-lacks I did install Vignette and cannot complain now....waiting for a week or so for things to settle down, as usual after every upgrade....for now cannot say there is difference in battery life....
why jibuti? work all day like slave...
