aunt has gh668. the set with a big antenna. she says 32k sims are not supported on that set and normal 16k sims are.... is this correct? anyway to get a 32k sim working in that phone.. i think i c two leads tha normal in the sim holder.... |

The 32k sim works with it, i use it in my 888 and no problems.

@govigov the 32k sim works in 172 perfect! Tested in all my oldies, same result. Tell your aunt she should go for it. How about the battery? Does it work good?

she still keeps it in the original bubble packet... and the batt is like brand new... but the phone was made in sweden( i think) and batt in some other country...
but why is nt the 32k sim workin.. the 16k works fine... what does the extra two contacts in the simholder do? |

@all i need your support! Brother @merovingian asked me for the year of launch r380. As i remember it was ca 4 or 5 years ago, after t28 and r320 and before r520.

R380 had 3 versions, s was the first, e was an upgrade with tetris game and draw feature in it, world was the 3. one for 1900 mhz.

Well I couldn't get my chatboard to work with my K700i. Connecting the chatboard returns a "CHATBOARD" message on the K700i, but then none of the keys work!
Mind you, it does have an issue with all the phones is does work with (R520, T39, R310s, etc). The character case is the wrong way around! (i.e. all CAPS are lower and all lower are CAPS...)
The chatboard I attempted to use was the black one with the grey keys, the case has this on the info label:

As i remember, t68m was the last one it worked with. The grey one was for the former t serie.

T68m isnt new, but a real rarity, especially a swedish one with m fw.
