Yep, the Droid Razr lineup (2012 and 2013) are my favorite in terms of design, I just like that kevlar-look.
But sadly Motorola couldn't manage to get a useful camera in any of their droids, so far..

if it is 720p screen, then it wont be s800, and it shouldnt be. |

Yes, I've said that couple weeks ago but Ramu disagreed and no one has taken my info seriously. Also, Ray 3 will be 4.0 inch with mid range specs.
@spw; it definitely have an S800.

Why not?
Its not supposed to be midrange, so why shouldn't have the SD800? |

I wonder if 'a touch of quartz' refers to the 'diamond-cut' or sculpted edging like Z ultra? Or maybe something crystal-like in its design?

I like the `sense of quartz' design language. This design is being used in the new Bravia W series. I like the total glass cut, the greenish frame and the illumination. |

You know what? I'm going against the grain and stating from here that I don't think that leaked phone is Honami (or i1, whatever you wanna call it). I think that's the Z refresh.

Just little things. All the conflicting specs we've been getting might explain it. Ramu talked about a mystery S800 device long ago and we haven't heard a peep about that.
Sony went through all that trouble to make a magnetic charging port and put it on the Z Ultra, but they don't put it on Honami? WTF would be the point of that?
Also wasn't Honami supoosed to have a metal and glass construction? From what I can make out from the recent leaks this phone has similar materials to the Z.
Again, just a feeling. If this winds up being Honami I'll most definately get it and love it. I'm just saying I have a gut feeling (wish?) that Honami will be even more, and am speculating that this ain't it.

Actually, now that you mention it, I am realizing some things too.
The newest leaked photos show edges much like the Z and like you said, without the magnetic charging contacts.
older leaked photos show edges like the ZU, and a "quartz effect" with similar diamond cut with the magnetic contacts.
for example, this one: http://static.xperiablog.net/[....]oads/2013/07/Honami-render.jpg
of course this is alleged "official render" and not a live photo like the latest leaks. but it does definitely raise questions.

@vivftp
Metal frame, glass body. The leaked photos shows us exactly that. It's a similar construction like the Z Ultra (The Z ultra does look like the Z right?)
@moogoo
There are many variations of renders and prototypes flying around. Some Honami that will leak may have the magnetic charging port, but some won't. We won't know until official renders are out. This is similar to the Xperia P. The prototype of Xperia P has the pogo pins like Z, but they removed it at the end. Let's just wait. That's all we can do. |

I agree with vivftp, like I said in the previous pages I too am still confused whether the leaked pics are indeed Honami or just the Z refresh. Although that's also me hoping that Honami is altogether a different device with the sensor specs given by randomuser that we were hoping for (take note I'm not expecting, just hoping we get the large sensor + xenon and I'm not blaming anyone, a rumor is a rumor).
Still if this device delivers great picture quality together with a nice screen and fast processor then it still is an excellent H2 flagship with nothing to complain about even if it does not have the Xenon flash some including me were hoping for.
Besides, I would never call this device a disappointment if it improves everything from the previous Z. Because the only complaint about the Z was the screen and camera, that's it. The problem was just blown way out of proportion by other people including some review sites but it is not that of a big deal really imo.

^^yea.. i know there's nothing definite til announcement
but I hope they make the edges like the ZU. Either way, I will be getting one, no matter what honami turns out to be.
