today, while returning frm coll,i checked out the new maruti swift at my nearby dealership....extremly cool car.super stylish.it has that wow factor that doest exist in palio, getz or others.the exterior is the best part.i checked out the top end version.it had big wheels...everyone was strangely talking bout the big wheelsalso liked th front blackened part and also the lights...1.3 liter esteem engine...in japan, they also have the 1.5 liter baleno engine inside the swift.sadly no option in indian version.the interior was nice....very out of maruti kind.the dashboard quality was far better than the typical marutis.it also had auto climate.and a poor stereo.the instruments looked nice.the steering wheel was the typical unlike the japaneese version which has all those buttons for controlling music volume and other things.the gear was bit stiff.priced good(i couldnt find out the price)overall....7/10. |

thuggie, i checked out the swift too. its priced frm 3.87-4.85 for the diff models all ex-showroom delhi.
i'l have to drive it before deciidin on the ride. but frm looks it looks pretty good. interior is just avg, same placticky maruti but atleast looks better. the getz sure has more space inside. as far a marutis go, they have bad handlin and rides like a bitch (meanin bad suspensions.) hopefully i can get a test drive in soon as i'm on the lookout for a small car for my mom.
yo kami, does toast always land butter side down?? i doubt it, so i'l run a few test drops tmw for b'fast and let ya know. too bad i dont have a cat to experiment

yeah cause the butter side has a slight amount of extra weight due to the butter causing that side to face downwards when falling
