I waited a week for you to pay, each day you said oh sorry will do it 2moro, oh sorry i forgot, oh BLOODY SORRY, I am fed up with waiting. When I do a deal, both buyer and seller usually does it quickly.
Again you are on here everyday trying to make deals with a load of other folk also, but still wouldnt pay up for the deal you started with me last thursday.
I do not agree you should be giving me a negative mark. I done nothing wrong, all i did was wait, day, day and days. A couple of you IM's you were talking as if you were wanting to pull out of the deal, pushing in wee hints every now and then.
Oh esato you tried to claim the person i done the deal with was on holiday then 5 minutes later you IM'ed me to say sorry and you were "again" going to pay the next day. No i never got the money. I am sick off you. http://www.esato.com/board/viewtopic.php?topic=108282#post1482966
I have saved copies off all our IM chats to show that i am in the right here (good old google desktop search  saved them all)
Since joining this forum in Dec 11, 2002 no-one has annoyed me until now. Please go away and leave esato alone. It was a much nicer place without you.

sorry you post makes me laugh so much.
Bad contacting? Really? I am online every night with 3 Instant Messaging programmes running, and my email on all the time. I even check 2 or 3 times most day for email while at work. I am one of the most easy people you could contact. Connected the majority of the time!
Crap information? What do you mean buy this, i placed a noticed here on esato for a memory card to be sold, listed a photo. You contacted me you wished to have it. I agreed. We agreed you would deposit money into my bank account. I gave you the details. All you had then to do was go to my bank and say, "here i wish to deposit this amount, into this account". Was that all hard for you to take in. To me and most other people it is very basic. Have you ever been into a bank before to deposit money into your own account? basically the same. Dam this!
total idiot could be a new scammer! How dare you say this. I am a very honest person. I could never scam anyone in my life. My real name and postage address, email address, and phone numbers are all over the place on various site and accounts. I would be found out very easily!

The biggest problem i had with you is that you were on EVERYDAY http://www.esato.com/board/se[....]&searchboth=both&submit=Search
looking for more trades, also selling something too (you have to leave house to go to post office) and still you wouldnt finish our transaction. Why if you were having family problems did you carry on trying to trade with others when you would probably know you could finish there tramnactions for a while also?
I was scammed by someone out off 55 quid earlier in the year for a pair of trainers that kept putting things off for long time and then they were finally kicked out of eBay because they couldnt keep up with their orders, but they kept on trading for more trainers despite the fact that they knew they couldnt keep with the orders. I try to be as careful as one can on the internet with trading.

i can understand where both of you are coming from, some times its not possible to go 2 the bank on the day that you said you would, iv done this recently but i told the seller (from esato) and he understood, i did it the next day.
i can also understand that you want to sell your item and not be messed around, on esato a lot of people make offers that they dont stick to.
hopefully you can both get this sorted out as soon as possible |

I dont mind the fact of maybe not being able to get to the bank on the day stated and then do it another day, I have done it myself in the past with posting things, but i always explained to the person and done the duty the next day. However, i have had this for 8 banking days from the start of the transaction! I personally think thats a little over the norm. Each chat we had there was also one line in his chat that he said that made me think,"is he saying this to get out of the transaction, is he putting these wee extras things in each day to get out of buying the memory card."
There was one day he asked me if the memory card was original sony, lol, does he not remember what he bit for, i thought he was going then to maybe try and get out of the transaction by saying he made a mistake by bidding and he didnt want a scandisk, he thought i was selling a sony.
Maybe i read to much into things. I just am trying to be careful and honest.
The couple of darn right lies he made also pissed me off!
