Here's a purple alternative from the same stable. Again, amazing machining from solid billet to create the swingarm, wooden (! LOL) seat and no lower frame cradle supports; all the stress loads calculated and carries by the fantastic frame 'spine':

Wangs you have got to approach a biking magazine and ask them if you can write a column or something.Even take a couple of pics. Some hobby change on the side for all the lekker luxuries you dont want to spend your hard earned real job money on.

@ Hobbster,
Ya, LinkBoy's on the to-do list.
About the P1i cam, yeah as I made mention over the weekend, in some cases, like those indoor show pics, the P1i would've killed the N73 in a shootout. BUT, as I found out again over the past few days, the P1i is definitelty more sensitive to movement and therefore blurring, and in some conditions, like night shot, the N73 is probably better.
I know it's still early days, I know that I've still got to learn the art of fine-tuning the settings to get optimum results in the different conditions, but the N73 was a good basis to compare with. A benchmark, if you like.
I maintain that there's no out-and-out winner between the 2 cams, and trying hard not to sound too cliched, both have their strong points and weak points.
Although I enjoy , I have no hesitation being impartial when comparing phones. I'm enjoying the P1i more and more, but as specs and technology become more and more prevailant in phones, so I'm finding myself expecting a lot 'out the box' as such; just gotta keep pluggin' away to get the most out of it, as time and experience allows.
I

@ Jojo,
LOL, Christies indeed. Nah mate, it's all show, even though the bikes do run and ride, it'll not be travelling thousands of miles in its lifetime.
@ Hobbster,
Ya, I have contacted a SA bike magazine years ago, and there was some interest shown, but again it's the time and commitment elements that I've gotta suss.
Anywayz guys, time to hit the sack. Great to be back at my house again. I'm battling to stay awake now. Have a bril Thursday.
G'night.

My poor memory card, memory card slot spring and memory card phone door. They are taking a hammering.Got a font pack with 258 ttf fonts and my P990i is suffering the consequences. It gets changed now pretty much everyday or twice a day in my quest for the P990's true font.I personally dont think you can truly enjoy your UIQ3 phone with that big oafy Sans-serif font that comes on your phone.Im obsessed with making this phone rock (its a case of putting on the blinkers after seen the 'shh...episode 2 is about to begin.' ad but seriously Wangs, get rid of that default font and you'll suprisingly see a joyful smile appear on your face. Its a trial and error operation unfortunitely.Lots of hit and misses. And a warning.Very addictive.Or at least just for me.Long live the P990i,the King that never was.

Yor, it's incredible how much paperwork is involved in winding up an estate! Been running myself ragged getting things sorted here, fortunately cuz and his wife were meticulous in keeping their affairs in order, so there hasn't been any hassle in finding account and policy numbers, etc. The real headache is having to deal with bureacracy, red tape galore. Right, i'm off to the Chocolate Factory now for a memorial service now. He worked at Cadbury's so daar's my chocolate connection ook nou in sy maai, lol
