Go back and complain to them again. Let them cracked their head. Infact this is my 3rd new HBH15. The last two was giving me big headache, lots of complained from the other party. Distortion, interruption, soft tone... Untill this current one than it is okay. Hopefully the fault won't come back again.

sonyericsson-> Well, it is up to you or you can wait for the message alert tone sw to be released and upgrade together. As this sw is not creating any additional new function to the phone. It is just an enhancing to coincide with our network only.

orang3-> It will depend on our SC whether they will dl it for us. As SE said it will take about 1 week to have this sw ready. We can make enquiry to our SC or maybe they are ready preparing the downloading for us. It is all depended on the SC.

MFB-> Yes it is here. But they only accept yours must be a T68i oringinal than they will change it for you. Those with T68m phones they will not change for you to T68i covers.

TonyG, Yes mine is a t68i artic blue. Is it possible to just buy the mineral gray facial and have it installed at our local se service point here in the Philippines? If they want, I can even provide the reciept for this thru fax or email. My brother and mom are there now accompanying my sister who will be staying in your country for nine months. They leave on thursday. Can you help?

MFB, EvilNick-> Since both of your question are quite similar, might as well I reply to both of you at the same time. Through my understanding, as once I did speak to them on this issue, I do not think SESC will agree to just sell you the cover. If they allow us to do this, there will be a lot of T68 with T68i covers in the market. That will defeat their purpose. That is what I am thinking. As MFB you said that you can proved that you have bought the T68i artic blue and intend to buy the mineral gray cover and change it by yourself for export usage, I think they might not accept it also. The reason will be the same as above. Secondly, if even though they will accept it, I am sure the price they sell it to you will be at the very high price. Well, maybe I could be wrong, however all I can do is I will check with SE Singapore and SESC for the sake of few of our members have been asking and see what is their opinion. I do not know now whether is it SE idea or SESC idea not allowing us to buy the T68i covers. I did once also mentioned to SESC it can be differentiate even though if the T68 owners had changed their cover to T68i, that is the keypad lights. Amber and blue. Besides it is just for cosmetic look, the internal part will be still belonging to T68 hard wares. Unless the person also changed the lighting mother board. In that case might as well he changed to an oringinal T68i without having such complicated process and the price he paid could be near to a brand new original T68i.
