most probably, u need an upgrade. based on ur post, R2e is ur software version. the latest version is already R6A.
just drop by our office to have ur unit upgraded.

@britri2, do you have stock of m. gray faceplate? how much it would cost if i would like to change cover of my T68i from arctic blue to m. gray plus SW upgrade. Then that old arctic blue cover to be change to my gold T68m. 2 units no Phil warranty, both saudi. Tnx |
