There was never a flagship with hole.
Sony filled a patent. There was no sign of front camera.
Just screen and bottom bezel.
Then a dutch website supposed it had a screen hole.

They are in a shortage for DRAM availability so there might be no DRAM in this one, which means no super slow-mo. We’ll see later though.

I've used slower slow motion on my xperia, but I would gladly give up 960fps in the new model for vastly superior photo quality any day.

Few things that we don't know about yet that'll make a difference to all those who'll be reviewing the phone once it's out.
Charging speeds. Both with and without a type C attached.
SD card support.
Camera apertures.
4K @ 60fps.
Screen brightness must be better than last years model.
Just a few things that'll make the reviews that bit more positive and will definitely be an improvement over last years Xperia 1.

Haven't had a chance to look but are any of the sensors bigger than last years Xperia 1? If so any idea what the (µm) is likely to be on each sensor?

GSM Arena have yet to post anything regarding the image leaks of the Mark II which normally means they've got an early hands on review ready to go once the embargo is lifted later on today.

woo.. so exciting.
hope there are some surprises...
i hope everything XJ mentioned will be improved. definitely hope heat control is improved so there are no issues recording 4K and using the camera long term. hope there are some improvements to cinemapro. i hope all the stuff in xperia 1 pro get integrated into xperia 1m2 as standard.
