Pocket Tunes is awesome for radio feeds, and they're support is so great too!
ClearCam's alright, have yet to test it properly though.

Wunder Radio gets all the BBC stations, and about 30,000 others around the world - seems to work well. Costs something like £3.49 though.

I have this, really excellent. Works perfectly over edge. Use this all the time for 5 Live

Restored my iPhone again, a little bit faster now. Also test driving some of the applications which I installed and removing them.

I still haven't updated to the new fw. How are you all finding it?

Fine for me - I updated as soon as it was out (i haven't jailbroken) and I don't think I've managed to crash safari since.

Yeah same here, though since 2.2 safari hasnt crash once, overall everything does seem much more stable since the new update.

Most of these minor firmware updates are such a placebo. Makes 'you' think that the phone somehow is a bit quicker than it was before. All it is is the fresh restore/install making it seem to run a bit quicker. I really dont think this firmware (2.2.1) was for anything other than blocking the yellowsn0w unlock... they just made a slight tweak with the email picture saving issue.

My safari still crashes on the odd occasion when it decides it's run out of memory trying to load all the pics on a webpage. Really seems to be a recurring issue that they have yet to sort out. A lot of pages still load with some pictures displaying a blue quesiton mark instead.

Imo, the Safari.app could do with an overhaul

2.2.1 definitely fixed some Safari issues for me. I was still getting the odd crash on 2.2 (especially on T.U.A.W - the unnofficial Apple weblog, ironically) sometimes locking up the whole phone, but no such issues with 2.2.1.

I'm sure the biggest motive for the patch was to break yellowsnow et al, but that suits me - if it means they get these little bug fixes out quicker then more power to the jailbreaker's elbow.

I'm still enjoying the phone "as Apple intended" without any JB - maybe once its clear that Apple are done tweaking and have moved onto the next model, I might turn to the dark side.
