AFAIK, no. this is encoded in the OS. This query you made looks similar to one i made in the Hybrid Camera Driver for W800i/K750

i thought i explained it in manual
half press shutter once! and let go (you can ON/OFF this zoom by clicking half-shutter), now when zoom is on you can adjust focus very precisely when picture is most sharp half press shutter (the zoom will go off) and when you are ready press shutter to take picture
