i converted a regular load to daylight. it was deducted by P100. Until now (24hrs), i havent received any Pin Keys yet. |

I have started to question their parameters of "Abusive" or "excess usage" as Sun made my prepaid Sureload sim "temporarily unavailable" since December 29. I was given the explanation that these incidents usually happen to those who subscribe to their 24/7 promo.
What Sun could not understand is that my number which is "temporarily unavailable" had NEVER, I repeat, NEVER availed of their 24/7 promo... In fact, the prepaid load is now Php 690+ because it was seldom used for outgoing calls and would automatically be loaded Php150/month due to Sureload.
They told me that my case is still "under investigation" but when confronted until when, nobody could answer...
Sad thing is that the load would have to be consumed by Feb 2, 2006 otherwise, goodbye load and their system would purge my records...
I shall update you of further developments. |

di pa naaayos sistema nila harharhar ako nga di naman ako umaabuso sa kakatawag at kakatext yung idd ko bigla nilang pinatay pero nung tumawag ako e activated naman daw...

I am planning to get free phone fro sun for 2 years subciption. Want to know the networks performance. Is the signal ok here in manila? What about call drop?

Depende sa location mo. Better ask your office mates and 'kapit-bahay'. There are places that have a good signal but people are still having a hard time placing calls.

i noticed that even if the CSR is on the other line & not a regular call, the conversation will be automatically cut off after 15 mins. lintek, im talkin to the CSR about my sun problem then it just hanged after 15mins. 11 total mins on hold & 4 mins of actual conversation.

@ xerx, yes binato ko na sa ilog pasig ung sun sim ko, nampooo naman kasi kesa naman magka-sakit ako sa puso sa kunsimisyon kaya bye bye na lang..... sa lahat ng sun lover , peace po, we can have our own choices naman po deva..... dont worry d nako mag-popost d2 sa thread n2... bye byegina !
