My city was defended but many other places along Vistula river didn't have much luck. Fortunately, there was no repetition of the flood of 1997 which caused extremely intense damages, material and moral either. Never again I hope.

This "little" beauty is the biggest Polish spider. I feel lucky because Dolomedes plantarius is one of the rarest and threatened with global extinction.
